Paris Little - Movement Coach

Paris is the founder for Praxis Athletic and holds a prominent influence within the fitness industry, due to his unique approach to strength coaching and injury prevention.

With over a decade of experience in the worlds of; CrossFit, Strength and Conditioning, Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Movement and Yoga to name a few, Paris has revolutionised the training experience for every individual and athlete he has mentored through his simple theory of; progressions of mobility, strength, power and movement, earned through education, grit and dedication.

 

Kayla Banfield - Elite Nutrition Coach

Kayla’s interest in nutrition began when she developed a passion for understanding how foods could impact her health, energy, and longevity.

As her knowledge increased, she began to transform her body; not only getting leaner, but feeling amazing while doing so. This sparked a burning desire to learn more about how to manipulate nutrient and macros to achieve her ideal body composition.

Today, Kayla helps hundreds of people develop a positive relationship between themselves and their food, so they too can experience the amazing feeling of a synergistic balance of nutrient intake and foods they love.

She believes the journey to better health should be fun and education, and spends a large portion of her time with clients on how to achieve a better quality of life using The Method
