Love the programming! I put on 4kg's in the first six weeks following the Weightlifting and Muscle Endurance Specialty Programs and have noticed a massive increase in my lifting consistency. Also loving the alternating high volume and low volume training days. It works really well for me. Don't feel burnt out and I go into each session with a shitload of energy.
