* Your last rep should be really challenging but you aren't going to failure!
* Only complete if you are NOT following the Athlete Program

Part B
EMOM 8:00
3 Hang Power Snatch @ 70 - 80%
* Focus on your footwork - making each rep as solid as possible

Part C
Snatch Slow Pull, rest 2:00
6 x 2 @ 100 - 110%
* Aim to go a little heavier than usual today - remember each rep should take no less that 10 seconds to complete. Set a timer if you need to
