Part A
Alt Front Rack Lunge, rest 1:30
5 x 10 @ heavy
* Increase the weight each set if you can but they should be challenging
* Only complete if you are NOT following the Athlete Program

Part B
Power Clean & Push Jerk, rest as needed
6 x 2 @ 75 - 85%
* Not TnG reps

Part C
Clean Slow Pull, rest 1:30
5 x 5 @ 85 - 95%
* Keep a hold of the bar for all 5 reps - a little bit of grip endurance here so a little lighter - aim for each rep to take about 6 seconds
